WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our Dresses, Veils, and Accessories are all made in our own factory in Toronto, Canada.
WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING ON SPECIAL ORDERS?
If need be, we can ship any style, any size, any color in 10 weeks with NO RUSH FEE,
8 weeks (or less) with a $100 Rush Fee.
DO YOU ALLOW YOUR DRESSES TO BE SOLD ON-LINE?
No! No one in the world is selling our product on an e-commerce site.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PRICING STANDARD?
While some stores price higher, NONE of our products are permitted to be sold for less than a 2.2 Minimum Markup.
DOES A PALOMA BLANCA ACCOUNT HAVE ACCESS TO MIKAELLA PRODUCTS?
No, they are separate divisions, and only active Mikaella accounts can purchase Mikaella products.
CAN A STORE CARRY BOTH PALOMA BLANCA AND MIKAELLA?
Yes, as long as they meet each division's Minimum Requirements. In fact, many of our top accounts carry both Collections.
DO YOU OFFER ANY CUSTOM CHANGES?
We offer a myriad of custom changes, both from a design standpoint (ex. Raise or lower a neckline) or from a fit standpoint (ex. Split Sizing is available). Please see the "Special Request Pricelist" for a complete list, which is available (along with many important documents) or our Retailer Website.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR ADVERTISING?
No, all Authorized Dealers participate FREE of Charge. This would include Website Listing, FREE Loaner Program, In Store Events (Trunk Shows), etc.
