CALLA BLANCHE : FAQs

WHAT IS STANDARD DELIVERY ON SPECIAL ORDERS?
Regular Delivery is 18 weeks with no rush fee.
12-14 week Rush orders carry a $100 Rush Fee.
Any accepted orders for less than 12 weeks carry a $250 Super Rush Fee.

 

DO YOU ALLOW YOUR DRESSES TO BE SOLD ONLINE?

No! These dresses will only be available from Authorized Brick and Mortar Retailers.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PRICING STANDARD?

3X time Minimum Markup. While some stores feel they can get more than 3X markup when compared to other collections with this look, none of our products can be sold for less than 3.0 times the wholesale cost.

DO YOU OFFER ANY CUSTOM CHANGES?

We do offer some customizations: Most unlined bodices are available lined (at no uncharge.). Standard H2H is 61”.  We offer 59”, 57”, and 63” for a $60 uncharge.

We do offer some additional customizations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Customer Service with a specific customization inquiry.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR MARKETING?

No, all Authorized Dealers participate FREE of Charge. This would include Website Listing and images for your website.

In addition to the FREE Listing on our Authorized Retailer Page, we have a Loaner Program and a Trunk Show Program for all active accounts.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE

As with most bridal gowns, our products are made in factories in China. While our offices are in Toronto, Canada…we ship from Upstate New York, and shipments should take 2-3 days to most stores in The Northeast.

DOES A L’AMOUR OR LA PERLE BRIDAL ACCOUNT HAVE ACCESS TO CALLA BLANCHE PRODUCTS?

No, they are all separate divisions, and only active Calla Blanche accounts can purchase Calla Blanche products.

CAN A STORE CARRY MORE THAN ONE DIVISION FROM JTAA FASHION DESIGN?

Yes, as long as they meet each division's Minimum Requirements. In fact, many of our top accounts carry more than just Calla Blanche.
